Where is camp located this year?
For Summer 2018 we are operating our North Preschool (JK-1) site at the BAYT with access to Eitz Chaim Spring Farm Gym, Lunchroom and Outdoor Facilities.
Our Preschool South (JK-1) and all Grades 2-8 programs will be located at our SOUTH site.

Extension Camp (Aug.20-30th) will be located at BAYT.
Is there davening and learning?
Yes! Our Girls programs, include daily davening, Friday Parsha Players, and Shabbat programs. Torah learning is holistically integrated into our daily camp program through the Arts.
Boys have a daily learning activity block, in addition to davening and weekly Parsha.
What is your policy on nuts?
JCK Camps are nut-free, and we aim to accommodate campers with food allergies and sensitivities. All food provided by the camp is nut- free and cholov yisroel. We ask that parents do not send snacks to camp that may contain nuts. As well we do NOT allow campers to share food at camp for allergy and Kashrus reasons.
Where do campers swim?
Campers swim at Garnet Williams with private hours for our camps. All lifeguards are NLS certified. Preschool campers and campers entering Grade 1 swim daily on site in splash pools.
What are your payment plans?
First time non refundable deposits of $150 must be submitted upon registration.
Option 1: Cheque payments Two (2) or Three (3) equal postdated cheques to "JCK Camps" March 1st and April 1st
3rd cheque- June 1st 2018
Option 2: E-transfer payments email to [email protected]
$150 non refundable fee per child upon registration.
No additional refunds after June 1st
Do you offer bus transportation to the south Campus?
Transportation is available from BAYT & York Downs & Yeomans (Clanton Park area). Fee is $25/wk.
What is your refund policy?
There is a $150 non refundable fee upon registration.
There are no refunds after May 15th.
All outstanding payments must be submitted by June 1st.
If you register by the start of camp, payment must be made in full on the first day of camp.
What are camp hours
Camp Hours are 9-4pm and 9-3pm on Fridays.
Before Care is 8:15-9:00
After Care is 4:00 pm-4:45pm and 3pm-3:45pm for an additional $35.00 / wk (each)
What's the difference between GirlZone and Artsy Girls Specialty Camp?
GirlZone campers will have a traditional camp experience with a variety of active, creative, and outdoor activities. Campers in a Specialty Camp will spend 1-3 hours per day focused in their program area (musical theatre, fine art, or dance). All campers will have swimming 1-2 times per week, trips, workshops and theme days.
Do you have a lunch program?
Yes! We offer an affordable lunch program every day excluding trip days. Cost for our lunch program is $15. Lunch registration will be available in May
What is your dress code at camp?
Campers going into JK,SK, Grade 1 may wear shorts and tshirts.
Campers entering Grade 2-8, must wear a knee length skirt + T-shirts or 3/4 sleeves.
Open toe shoes are welcome but for fitness activities and trip days, proper shoes are preferred for your child's safety.
Are you off Civic Holidays?
*There will be camp on Canada Day long weekend, Monday July July 2nd.
*There is no camp Monday, August 6th.
Please note camp starts on a Tuesday and ends on a Thursday this summer.
Why the increase in fees for Summer 2018?
We have adjusted our fees in order to continue offer high quality programming and professional staff. We offer competitive rates in the community, and are approved for those wishing to apply for subsidy funding through JF & CS or other organizations.
